Information from Third Parties: - Analytics providers: we receive aggregated and pseudonymized usage data from Google Analytics about how users interact with the Site. - Formspree: form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form processing service, before being delivered to us.

With Your Consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

5. Document uploads — contract analyzer

When you upload a document to the moving contract analyzer tool, the following data practices apply:

- Your document is transmitted in encrypted form to the Anthropic Claude API for AI processing. - We do not store the content of uploaded documents on our servers beyond the duration of the analysis session. - Anthropic processes the document content to generate the analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of data transmitted to their API. We encourage you to review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy. - Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for the analysis (Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, etc.). - Analysis results are displayed to you in your browser session and are not stored by us beyond that session.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use the following cookies and tracking technologies:

Essential Cookies: Necessary for basic Site functionality. Cannot be disabled.

Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics): We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized data about how users interact with the Site — including pages visited, time on site, and traffic sources. Google Analytics uses cookies to track this information. The data is pseudonymized and aggregated; we do not use it to identify individual users.

Contact and inquiry form submissions: We retain contact form data in our Formspree account for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Insurance quote requests: Retained for up to 12 months to facilitate follow-up and for business records.

Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's data retention settings, which we have configured for 26 months.

Uploaded documents: Document content transmitted to the contract analyzer is not retained beyond the active session. We retain no record of document contents after the session ends.

We may retain certain information for longer periods where required by law or where necessary to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.

8. Data security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

- HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and the Site. - Encrypted transmission of documents to the contract analyzer API. - Limited access to personal information to employees and contractors who need it to perform their functions. - Use of reputable third-party service providers with established security practices.
